He was one of the first to deal with Industrial Property with an international approach: invention and counterfeiting are global concepts and therefore protection must be global. Thanks to this intuition he started to bring to Italian court rooms cases discussed and won in other countries from Germany, to the United States and Australia, thus introducing a significant change in Italian jurisprudence and creating the current way to defend patents.Highly educated, determined and with a great critical spirit, he also innovated the way of discussing Industrial Property cases using simple language and practical demonstrations to explain the technological aspect of an invention. The ability to make a particular technique immediate, to explain complex concepts in a clear way is the key to effectively protect each invention.Appreciated worldwide for his in-depth knowledge of Italian and foreign industrial and intellectual law (not only in Europe but also in the USA, Canada, China, Japan, India, Korea) Mario is called to attend the most important international tables, where he stands out not only for his experience and competence, but also for his ability to analyse, refined culture and practical vision which are all particularly appreciated by customers.He concentrates his activity mainly in the field of industrial and intellectual property, both in and out of court.The expressions "Italian Torpedo", "Gatto d'Angora", "Cavallo Azzurro" are well known in the field of patents and have become part of the legal vocabulary of industrial property experts all over the world.He has been Visiting-Professor of European Patent Law at the University of Washington and other universities in various countries.
