Alice is a French lawyer, specialized in industrial property and antitrust law. She has a long career in both public and private sectors.She begins her carrier as prosecutor in the Courts and member of the Ministry of Justice in charge of the implementation of anti-trust law in the oil industry. She, then, works for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on human rights issues in European courts.She continues her carrier in public sector becoming legal advisor to Jean-Claude Trichet, Head of the Treasury. For the Ministry of Finance she deals with French and international privatisations (Kazakhstan, Thailand, Russia). In 1995, she becomes head of the legal and tax department of the French and international banking group "Caisse des Dépôts", a position she holds until 2002.Later she covers the role of President of the Paris Court of Appeal, in charge of commercial and antitrust law, financial services, telecommunications, pharmaceutical companies and intellectual property.
At the same time, she follows, as external counsel, the appeal procedures of the European Patent Office (EPO) and works for missions in Haiti and Gabon on behalf of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).
In 2008, she is judge of the French Supreme Court, business and patent division, a position he held until 2013. Then she joins DLA PIPER as Of Counsel and in 2018 sets up her own firm. She begins working with Franzosi Dal Negro Setti in March 2022 on Intellectual Property and Antitrust issues.She is the author of numerous publications on Antitrust and Intellectual Property issues. She teaches courses on law at the University of Paris, Faculty of Law and at the Political Sciences School and Business School.Languages:
