We announce, with pleasure, that our Ombretta Fabe Dal Negro has been reappointed, until April 2026, as arbitrator and mediator of the new panel of Shanghai International Arbitration Center.
Ombretta, head of the Firm's China Desk, has a long experience in supporting Italian and European companies wishing to operate in China.
Her skills range from advising and assisting in the definition of commercial agreements, the creation of new activities, the creation of joint ventures, obtaining licenses, general contractual matters and the management of institutional relations.
