It is with great pleasure that we announce that the article of our Gabriella Muscolo and Luca Arnaudo, AGCM, “Patent Settlements: An overview of US, EU and national case law” is the winning business article in the Intellectual Property category of the Review Concurrences - Antitrust Writing Awards 2023.
This decision is the result of a 6-months process involving 60 international antitrust experts, with over 1200 articles being reviewed and the vote of thousands of readers.
The announcement was made during a gala evening on 28 March in Washington DC, in the presence of many distinguished guests. Thanks to the jury and all those who supported and appreciated Gabriella and Luca's work.
