Franzosi Dal Negro Setti expands to Paris with Competition and Intellectual Property departments.

Former advisor to the French Treasury Ministry, then a judge specialising in competition and intellectual property law, Alice Pézard will work with the firm as of Counsel in the Intellectual Property and Antitrust, Competition and Consumer Law departments.

Alice Pézard's arrival is part of the international development strategy of the Antitrust and Intellectual Property areas of the firm, which intends to build a solid network of high-level profiles specialised in the two subjects.  

In fact, never before the areas of competition and IP defence have been in constant evolution and with such a global dimension. Having a strong international presence is increasingly relevant for a firm that wants to be a leading player in this scenario.
