New changes and transformations for the healthcare sector in Italy. The digital health developments, the publication of the Italian Sunshine Act, new ministerial decrees in the context of clinical trials in the light of Regulation (EU) No. 536/2014, new opportunities introduced by the adoption of new technologies (e.g., telemedicine, AI) require further additions and amendments to the existing regulation.
