Talking about Competition at InformaConnect's conference on Competition Law in the Pharmaceutical sector.

Gabriella Muscolo, partner and head of Antitrus Department, has been a panelist on "Recent developments in Patents" discussing, in particular, the competition implications of the waiver of Covid 19 vaccine patents. 
 

During the conference hot topics in the sector had been discussed: merger control, vertical and horizontal agreements, online sales, parallel trade, exclusionary and exploitative abuses and private litigation, together with an update on all the latest cases at European and global level

At the conference attended representatives of the EU Commission and WIPO, specialist law firms and numerous pharmaceutical companies.
