Gabriella Muscolo, former Member of the Italian Competition Authority, former Judge of the Tribunal of Enterprises of Rome and member of the Enlarged Board of Appeal of the European Patent Office, has over thirty years of institutional experience, at national and international level, in the field of industrial property and competition law.
Graduated with honours from the University of Genoa in 1982, she joined the judiciary in 1985 and was appointed Member of the AGCM in 2014. Gabriella Muscolo is a Fellow of King's College London, an alternate member of the Board of Appeal Committee of the EPO and a member of the Board of Trustees of the ERA. She has taught in several Italian and foreign universities and is the author of numerous publications in Italian and English on intellectual property and competition law, as well as a member of the Scientific Committee of international journals.
Her appointment is part of the firm's wider strategy to offer assistance increasingly in line with market developments.
