Saverio combines the ability to identify the specific needs of the customer with the ability to give concise, clear and immediately usable answers for the different business functions. Thanks to his long experience, gained also in corporate contexts in the media and ICT world, Saverio offers practical answers and immediately applicable solutions to complex problems in the media, ICT and privacy fields. He joined Franzosi Dal Negro Setti in 2020 as a partner in order to follow and strengthen the technology, media & telecoms area. He has more than ten years of experience in these sectors, gained in leading international law firms. His global vision and long experience in international law firms allow him to provide strategic advice in all areas of specialization: information technology (outsourcing, provision of digital services, software contracts), media and copyright (audiovisual regulation, contracts for the transfer of copyright, proceedings before the AGCOM) and protection of personal data (strategies regarding the circulation of personal data, agreements for data processing, proceedings before the Guarantor). Thanks to a love for music Saverio graduated in piano at the conservatory and the passion for law led him to take an interest in copyright in all its forms, providing assistance, among other things, to companies producing audiovisual content, broadcasters, software-houses. He teaches media law, information technology and privacy at the specialization courses of leading Italian universities and is the author of numerous publications on the same subjects. Saverio is ranked as Leading Individual / "Thought Leader" by Who's Who Legal - Data (TMT), "Rising Star" (TMT and Data Protection) by Legal 500, "Up and Coming" (Information Technology) by Chambers Europe. He received his law degree cum laude from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" in 2006. He also received a Master of Laws in Competition and Media Law from Queen Mary, University of London in 2014.
