Martina deals with civil litigation, extrajudicial and contractual consultancy in the fields of industrial property, unfair competition, advertising law and copyright. Over the years she has had the opportunity to work with well-known Italian and foreign companies active in various sectors, including mechanics, food and fashion, providing out-of-court and judicial assistance with participation in transnational litigation. Her expertise includes opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Union Office for Intellectual Property (EUIPO).Martina has precision and attention to detail, excellent organizational and problem solving skills and is able to communicate clearly and effectively; she has a strong determination, a high degree of independence and aptitude for teamwork.In November 2016 Martina joined Franzosi Dal Negro Setti after having worked in a renowned Italian law firm specialized in Industrial and Intellectual Property.She is author and co-author of several publications and articles on intellectual property in Italian and foreign magazines (including Journal of Intellectual Property Law & Practice and European Intellectual Property Review) and collaborates with the daily newspaper Italia Oggi.
