Giuseppe deals with judicial and extra-judicial activities in the field of industrial property, unfair competition, advertising law and copyright. He follows, in particular, IP litigation in the Fashion Industry, design and food sectors. In the patent field, he collaborates with well-known pharmaceutical and telecommunications companies. His experience also extends to administrative proceedings before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Union Office for Intellectual Property (EUIPO).Determined and with impressive organizational skills, he is passionate about communication and new technologies.In 2010 he graduated in Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and after a few months he joined Franzosi Dal Negro Setti. He extended the scope of his academic training with a Master in Open Government and Institutional Communication at the Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome in 2017.He collaborates with the firm in the teaching of preparatory courses for trademark and patent attorneys and specialized courses in IP.
