Her ability to listen allows the client to feel at ease, making them feel understood and protected.Agata deals with Industrial and Intellectual Property Law and, in particular, patent, trademark, model, design, trade secret, copyright and unfair competition litigation cases. She also assists clients in the management of industrial property portfolios in Italy and abroad and provides advice on licensing agreements, assignments of property rights and protection of trade secrets in the course of business.She helped to create and develop the Polish Desk, of which has been in charge since 2007. The Polish Desk team assists and represents the interests of Polish clients in Italy and Italian clients in Poland, advising companies interested in developing their business in those countries. After graduating in European Union law from the University of Tours in 2002, and further graduating in Law from the University of Warsaw in 2003, Agata obtained a master's degree in French Business Law from the latter, in collaboration with the University of Poitiers in 2003. She joined Studio Avvocati Associati Franzosi Dal Negro Setti in November 2003, where she became a partner in 2011.Moreover, she teaches at Convey, a preparatory course for trademark and patent attorneys. Agata has been a member of EPLAW (European Patent Lawyers Association) since 2013 and of LES (Licensing Executives Society).Languages:
